ProEquity advises the company DTL in the most important sale of industrial land of the year in Spain.
The real estate consultancy agency ProEquity has advised the company “Desarrollos Tecnológicos Logísticos” (DTL) in the sale of 355,000m² of industrial land known as “Puerta Centro – Ciudad del Transporte” located in the towns of Guadalajara and Marchamalo. In the transaction, the investee company of the real estate developer Hercesa sells land for industrial use for the development of logistics warehouses to the new joint venture Montepino Logística and its partner.
This new development foresees the construction of 2 large platforms. During the first phase, which will begin immediately, a platform of 115,000m² will be built, and subsequently the second warehouse measuring 80,000m² will be developed.
This is the first step towards consolidating the Ciudad del Transporte transport hub, a new space for economic activities based on intermodalities, which has a surface area of more than 200ha. and which is set to become the main dry port hub in the centre of the peninsula.
With this transaction, ProEquity hits its peak in a year of huge successes and real estate projects, with over 650,000m² of projects created and sold and an investment advice portfolio volume of over 300 M €. In addition it has a portfolio of over 300,000m² of new logistics projects under management.
