The British group Knightsbridge Student Housing (KSHL) has acquired the printing press of Sucesores de Rivadeneira where the old presses of the publishing company of La Gaceta de Madrid, located on the Cuesta de San Vicente, were located, with the aim of building a university residence.
To this end, the old facilities of the printing house, which date back to the 19th century, will be transformed into a residence for students, with study rooms, a gymnasium and spaces for leisure.
The purchase operation, which has been advised by the firm Proequity, also includes other annexed buildings that will allow a total development of 10,500 square meters above ground.
